Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The designer will work with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts on healthcare and insurance products.
Core Responsibilities
- Design intuitive interfaces for health exchanges, insurance platforms, and digital portals.
- Conduct user research, create user flows and wireframes, and develop interactive prototypes.
- Refine visual and interaction designs using feedback and usability testing.
- Translate technical requirements into user-centered solutions for web and mobile experiences.
- Participate in design reviews and collaborate on design systems.
- Advocate for user-centric decisions across project teams.
Qualifications
- Apply design thinking and UX principles to complex, data-rich products.
- Plan research studies, conduct interviews or usability tests, and synthesize insights.
- Demonstrate visual design and prototyping proficiency using modern tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Create wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Understand design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate within cross-functional teams.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Healthcare, insurance, or data-intensive platform experience is advantageous.
- Be comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback and metrics.
