Role Overview
The Product Manager - RCM Healthcare will lead the full product lifecycle for revenue cycle management solutions.
The role is based in Dubai and involves building and refining AI-driven products for claims processing, billing, and payment integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement for RCM products.
- Analyze user and market needs, define roadmaps, write product requirements, and prioritize features.
- Coordinate execution with engineering, data science, design, and business teams.
- Engage healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory stakeholders on workflows, compliance, and performance goals.
- Monitor product metrics, collect feedback, and iterate on solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong product management skills in roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare claims processing, or health insurance operations.
- Ability to collaborate with teams working on AI, data analytics, and software development.
- Proficiency in product metrics analysis, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and fraud, waste, and abuse detection.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- An advanced degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the Middle East healthcare or insurance market is a plus.
- Comfort working in a diverse, multicultural environment and commitment to inclusive, ethical product practices.

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
