Overview
- Diagnose and resolve system issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
- Fulfill service requests and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Administer privileged user accounts and manage file and filesystem permissions as per policies.
- Perform OS hardening and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Monitor system performance, including CPU, memory, storage, and overall health.
- Apply OS patches and perform system upgrades following change management processes.
- Support system changes, migrations, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and service performance reports.
- Manage local users and filesystems, and automate routine tasks where possible.
