About the Role
Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to perform ultrasound procedures, produce high-quality images, and maintain quality control records. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology/Ultrasonography and at least two years of hospital experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound imaging and related procedures in all areas of ultrasound
- Record patient images via appropriate archival media and transfer images as needed
- Participate in performance improvement activities in the department
- Maintain appropriate quality control records and participate in routine equipment testing and maintenance
- Review clinical information regarding patient along with images with the Radiologist
- Print images onto appropriate media
- Provide permanent data of procedures as required or requested
- Maintain departmental standards related to Quality Assurance controls
- Train new staff on the ultrasound system and department procedures
- Practice sterile techniques, maintain aseptic conditions and use universal precautions at all times
- Perform first aid on patients until further assistance can be obtained
- Adhere to on call, holiday, and weekend schedules as prepared by the manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology/Ultrasonography
- At least two (2) years of experience in a Hospital Setup

Job Purpose / Objective
