Job Purpose / Objective
- Perform data analysis techniques to analyze information/data and find out meaningful results to identify various facts and trends.
- Work with respective department heads/staff to produce reports that provide valuable insight for all areas of the business to enable continuous business improvements.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Perform data analysis using statistical techniques ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare queries to obtain research data sets from complex databases.
- Serve as resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
