- We provide a comprehensive range of prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and personalised healthcare services designed to enhance patient care.
- **Role Overview** We are seeking a detail-oriented, innovative, and proactive **UI/UX Designer** with a minimum of 3 years of experience to become a part of our team.
- In this position, you will take full ownership of the user journey across both our mobile and web applications, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience for our users.
- In addition to designing the core web and mobile app platforms using **Figma**, you will also bring our brand to life by developing compelling marketing materials and digital assets, applying your solid understanding of design principles to effectively connect design with development.
- **Key Responsibilities*** **App & Web Design:** Create intuitive, visually stunning, and user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both mobile and web applications.
- **Visual & Social Content Creation:** Design high-quality digital assets, graphics, social media posts, and interactive reels to support brand and marketing campaigns.
- **User Research & Prototyping:** Map out user journeys, build interactive prototypes, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with developers to ensure design feasibility, utilizing your basic understanding of front-end code to streamline the handoff process.
Requirements
- **Required Qualifications & Experience*** ️ **Mandatory Screening Criteria:** Candidates who do not meet the exact experience and software requirements below will not be considered.
- **Total Experience:** Minimum of **3 years of professional experience** as a UI/UX Designer.
- **Platform Expertise:** Proven experience designing for both **mobile applications** and **web applications**.
- **Design Toolkit:** Expert-level proficiency in **Figma** and the **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects for reels/video content).
- **Multimedia Skills:** Hands-on experience in creating digital images, graphic layouts, **social media posts, and video reels**.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Basic foundational knowledge of **HTML and CSS** to ensure seamless collaboration with front-end developers.
