Role Overview
Support quality assurance for payment projects and corporate channel initiatives within a bank.
Work with delivery teams to ensure functionality meets business requirements before release.
Responsibilities
- Create UAT strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and detailed test steps.
- Execute tests, document defects, verify fixes, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project teams, Product Owners, and Channel Managers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to four years of experience as a tester in the corporate banking payments domain.
- Experience with cash management products and online banking portals is required.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, or HP Quality Center.
Advantageous Experience
- Experience with Escrow Management Systems, transaction banking platforms, virtual account solutions, and end-to-end escrow business processes is advantageous.
Decision-Making Framework
The role reports to Product Owners or Channel Managers.
Significant decisions affecting testing activities require Channel Manager approval.
