Role Overview
The Consultant Should Possess The Following Qualifications And Experience
- Experience within the leisure and entertainment industry and/or retail sector.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or program management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives, suppliers, vendors, and project team members.
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.

Scope of Work
The Consultant will be responsible for managing the Project Scoping Lifecycle and establishing Program Management governance and ways of working from project initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading the project scoping phase and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating with third-party partners and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables are achieved within the agreed scope.
- Assuming accountability for the successful delivery of the Project Scoping and Program Management phase of the Marketplace Program.
- Supporting the Marketplace Program throughout its duration of one year.
