Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Credit Administration, Corporate Banking Operations, or Credit Risk Support functions.
- Strong knowledge of facility letters, security documentation, collateral perfection, and credit documentation processes.
- Experience working with corporate, commercial, and SME lending portfolios.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to credit documentation and security management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate credit facility and security documentation.
- Ensure all pre-disbursement and post-disbursement documentation requirements are fulfilled.
- Monitor documentation exceptions and deficiencies and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Legal, Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, and Operations teams on facility documentation matters.
- Support collateral management, security perfection, and ongoing documentation governance.
- Review and enhance credit administration processes, controls, and operating procedures.
- Provide recommendations for improving efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation within the Credit Administration function.
Preferred Background
- Experience within Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Financial Institutions.
- Hands-on experience managing facility documentation, security documents, mortgages, guarantees, pledges, and collateral-related processes.
- Consulting experience in credit operations transformation or credit administration reviews is highly desirable.
