Opportunity Overview

  • We are currently supporting a major banking and payments transformation program and are looking for two UAT Testers to join a high performing technology delivery team based in Doha, Qatar.
  • This opportunity offers the chance to work on business critical initiatives across card products and payment services, supporting the delivery of new features, enhancements, and regulatory changes.
  • This is a 12 month contract position with a strong possibility of extension, providing excellent long term project exposure and career growth opportunities.

As the UAT Testers, you will:

  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
  • Validate end to end card and payment transaction flows across multiple systems.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through to successful resolution.
  • Perform regression testing and support release activities.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, project teams, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare testing documentation, execution reports, and support business sign off activities.

Ideal candidates must have skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of UAT or QA testing experience within banking, financial services, or payments environments.
  • Hands on experience testing card products, including Credit, Debit, and/or Prepaid cards.
  • Strong understanding of card issuance, transaction processing, settlements, chargebacks, disputes, and related payment processes.
  • Experience working with Card Management Systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with defect management and test management tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background

  • Experience supporting card launches, card enhancements, or payment transformation projects.
  • Exposure to ATM, POS, e commerce, settlement, reconciliation, loyalty, or rewards programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, delivery focused environment.
