Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for customer behavior, portfolio performance, and business growth
- Perform customer segmentation using statistical and machine learning techniques
- Analyze credit and debit card portfolios to identify revenue opportunities and profitability drivers
- Build analytical models for customer acquisition, retention, cross sell, and churn prediction
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and visualization
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Develop reports and dashboards to support strategic decision making
- Ensure data quality and support model validation activities
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Banking Analytics
- Experience in the Banking, Cards, Payments, or Financial Services domain
- Strong understanding of credit and debit card business
- Hands on experience with customer segmentation and predictive modeling
- Good knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, random forest, and gradient boosting
- Experience with Python, SQL, and SAS
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

About the Role
- We are hiring a Data Scientist for a leading organization in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
- The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in card portfolio analytics, customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and banking data science.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for customer behavior, portfolio performance, and business growth.
- Perform customer segmentation using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Analyze credit and debit card portfolios to identify revenue opportunities and profitability drivers.
- Build analytical models for customer acquisition, retention, cross sell, and churn prediction.
