Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end RFx lifecycle including demand consolidation, RFx preparation, supplier engagement, bid evaluation, negotiations, and award recommendations.
- Collaborate with Strategic Procurement and business stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, supplier lists, and commercial objectives.
- Support development and execution of category sourcing plans and sourcing calendars for network related goods and services.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify best practices, pricing trends, and sourcing risks.
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
- Coordinate preparation of Statements of Work, business requirements, RFx documentation, and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, governance frameworks, and audit requirements.
- Support contract award and handover processes with contract management and supplier performance teams.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, daily stand ups, and sprint reviews to support sourcing project delivery.
- Prepare category performance reports, sourcing metrics, savings reports, vendor analysis, and ad hoc procurement reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- 3–5 years of procurement, sourcing, category management, or purchasing experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing RFx processes, supplier sourcing, vendor evaluations, and commercial negotiations
- Experience within telecom mobile network
- Strong understanding of telecom network vendors, pricing models, managed services, and sourcing practices
- Experience using ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar systems

Role Overview
- We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing and procurement activities within the Mobile Telecom Network domain.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Strategic Procurement and business stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, supplier lists, sourcing approaches, and commercial objectives.
- Support the development and execution of category sourcing plans and sourcing calendars for network related goods and services.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify best practices, pricing trends, market opportunities, and sourcing risks.
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
- Coordinate the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs), business requirements, RFx documentation, and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, governance frameworks, Delegation of Authority (DoA), and audit requirements.
- Support contract award and handover processes by working closely with contract management and supplier performance teams.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, daily stand ups, and sprint reviews to support sourcing project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare category performance reports, sourcing metrics, savings reports, vendor analysis, and ad hoc procurement reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes, reduce turnaround times, and enhance stakeholder experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of procurement, sourcing, category management, or purchasing experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing RFx processes, supplier sourcing, vendor evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience within telecom mobile network.
- Strong understanding of telecom network vendors, pricing models, managed services, and sourcing practices.
- Experience developing sourcing calendars, supplier engagement strategies, and procurement documentation.
- Knowledge of category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement governance.
- Experience using ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
