Job Overview
- The Junior HRBP supports HR processes including talent acquisition, engagement, learning and development, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
What You Will Do
- Support Senior HRBP and HR Operations Manager in collating manpower requirements.
- Validate variable budget assumptions and enter data into planning tool.
- Create headcount tracking sheets and assist in budget approval.
- Compile HR data reports and analyze variance.
- Compile PDR ratings and ensure conformity.
- Support manpower planning and recruitment for band G and below.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to manage Success Factors.
- Ensure recruitment completed within 45 days and audit compliance.
- Review disciplinary cases and prepare warning letters.
- Train store admin teams on data keeping and audit compliance.
- Conduct checks for HR related costs and accruals.
- Maintain SAP workflows and organizational charts.
Qualifications
- Generalist HR knowledge
- Experience in talent acquisition and employee relations
- Proficiency in SAP and Success Factors preferred
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
