- UAE National (Abu Dhabi Passport and Family Book Holder)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle (end to end recruitment)
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, and assessment
- Solid experience with Emiratization initiatives and UAE labor market practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively with hiring managers
