- Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring smooth day to day operations
- Supervise HR Coordinators and support staff by assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance
- Oversee complete HR operations for Bike Riders, Car Drivers, and Corporate/White Collar Employees
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including overtime, incentives, allowances, deductions, and attendance
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs including attendance rate, compliance rate, punctuality, productivity, and absenteeism
- Handle employee grievances professionally and conduct investigations into disciplinary matters
- Oversee accommodation allocation and transportation logistics for operational staff
- Generate HR dashboards and reports, analyze workforce trends and manpower requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and standardize HR procedures
Requirements
- 8 12 years of HR experience
- Experience in UAE labor law and MOHRE compliance
- Experience managing HR operations for blue collar and white collar workforce
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in HRMS and Excel for reporting

- Set departmental priorities, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, timelines, and service standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point for HR related operational matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.
- Oversee complete HR operations for Bike Riders, Car Drivers, and Corporate/White Collar Employees.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
