Overview Of The Role
We are looking for a
Manager – Process & Compliance
to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive’s UAE and overseas operations.
In this role, you will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations.
The successful candidate will bring a strong finance process background, ERP understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
What You Will Do
- Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective.
- Partner with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements.
- Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting.
- Review current business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery.
- Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Develop exception management dashboards and early warning reports using analytics tools to identify process risks and business exceptions.
Required Skills To Be Successful
- Strong understanding of finance operating systems, ERP processes, and business process controls.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Finance, IT, and business teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills with confidence in explaining process and system requirements clearly.
- What Equips You for the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.
- Experience in automotive, retail, or a similar complex business environment is preferred.
- Professional qualifications or certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, Project Management, or Information Systems are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of SAP inbound and outbound processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

and will report to the
Financial Controller – P&C
.
The role works closely with Finance, IT, business operations, and process owners across the Automotive division to support system governance, process improvement, and effective ERP adoption.
