Responsible for planning and monitoring production and project schedules within the joinery factory to ensure optimal resource utilization, smooth workflow, and on-time project delivery.
The role involves coordinating with production, design, and procurement teams, tracking progress, and addressing any delays or challenges, while supporting operational efficiency, quality standards, and overall company objectives.
1.
Develop and update production and project schedules based on work requirements and approved timelines.
2.
Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of all planning activities.
3.
Monitor daily production progress and compare it against the planned schedule.
4.
Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
5.
Prepare and update short-term and long-term plans (daily, weekly, and monthly).
6.
Ensure optimal allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials.
7.
Track material availability and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages.
8.
Analyze productivity, operational efficiency, and workflow performance.
9.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
10.
Support cost control initiatives by optimizing resource utilization and reducing waste.
11.
Participate in coordination meetings and provide planning updates and insights.
12.Maintain proper documentation of schedules, revisions, and updates.
