About the Role
Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group seeks an experienced Government Relations & Licensing Specialist to manage end-to-end government processes across multiple entities in the UAE. You will handle visa management, corporate licensing, regulatory compliance, and trademark registration.

Responsibilities
- End to end management of visa, Tasheel, GDRFA, ICP, medical fitness, and Tawjeeh across all group entities
- End to end management of Commercial Registrations (CR), industrial/trade licenses, and municipal permits across all group entities
- Ensuring all physical facilities (offices, warehouses, plants) strictly adhere to Civil Defense, Health & Safety, and local authority standards
- Official registration and maintenance of agency agreements, distribution rights, and representation certificates with relevant ministries
- Overseeing the registration, renewal, and legal safeguarding of the Group’s Trademarks and patents
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the Group and government bodies to facilitate smooth approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline
- Professional Arabic (essential for legal drafting and official correspondence)
- English in professional efficiency
- Must hold a valid Driving License
- Thorough understanding of government office protocols
- Advanced proficiency in government e portals and digital transformation systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a high volume portfolio of companies simultaneously

Job Scope
- Looking for a highly experienced Government Relations & Licensing Specialist to manage end to end government related processes across multiple group entities in the UAE.
- The role requires strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, licensing, and visa processes, along with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities.
Core Responsibilities
- Visa Management: End to end management of visa, Tasheel, GDRFA, ICP, medical fitness, and Tawjeeh across all group entities.
- Corporate Licensing: End to end management of Commercial Registrations (CR), industrial/trade licenses, and municipal permits across all group entities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all physical facilities (offices, warehouses, plants) strictly adhere to Civil Defense, Health & Safety, and local authority standards.
- Commercial Agencies: Official registration and maintenance of agency agreements, distribution rights, and representation certificates with relevant ministries.

Qualifications
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.

- Field Readiness: Must hold a valid Driving License and possess a thorough understanding of government office protocols.
