About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support execution of flagship learning programs (e.g., functional academies, leadership programs, onboarding journeys)
- Manage program governance including timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality
- Ensure strong learning transfer through structured post program action plans, follow ups, and impact tracking
- Drive continuous improvement of programs based on feedback, business needs, and evolving capability priorities
- Partner with internal SMEs to design functional programs and enable effective delivery
- Design blended learning solutions (workshops, on the job learning, digital modules, and experiential interventions)
- Design and develop functional training modules (foundational to advanced levels) aligned to business needs
- Create engaging and practical learning assets including job aids, case studies, simulations, and microlearning content
- Support execution of key talent processes such as talent reviews, 9 box assessments, assessment & development centres, succession planning, and IDPs
- Align learning interventions with talent outcomes to build leadership pipelines and capability depth
- Work closely with HRBPs to align post program actions and enable managers to coach and support learning application
- Drive communication and engagement to embed a culture of continuous learning across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 6–10 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Talent Management roles
- Experience in the Retail/Consumer industry preferred
- Proven experience managing large scale learning programs and functional academies
- Experience working with internal SMEs and business stakeholders to drive capability building
- Exposure to talent management processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, or competency frameworks

Flagship Learning Program Management
- Support in execution of flagship learning programs (e.g., functional academies, leadership programs, onboarding journeys).
- Manage program governance including timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality.
- Ensure strong learning transfer through structured post program action plans, follow ups, and impact tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement of programs based on feedback, business needs, and evolving capability priorities.
Functional Capability Building & SME Collaboration
- Support in partnering with internal SMEs to design functional programs.
- Enable SMEs to effectively deliver training through content co creation, facilitation support, and capability building.
- Design blended learning solutions (workshops, on the job learning, digital modules, and experiential interventions).
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Design and develop functional training modules (foundational to advanced levels) aligned to business needs.
- Create engaging and practical learning assets including job aids, case studies, simulations, and microlearning content.
- Ensure all programs incorporate application based learning (projects, simulations, workplace assignments).
Talent Management Integration
- Support in executing key talent processes such as: Talent reviews and 9 box assessments, Assessment & Development Centre, Succession planning and critical role development, Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Align learning interventions with talent outcomes to build leadership pipelines and capability depth.
Enable Post Learning Actions
- Work closely with HRBPs to align post program actions.
- Enable managers to coach and support learning application within their teams.
- Drive communication and engagement to embed a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Talent Management roles.
