- Act as Finance Lead in ERP implementation & enhancements across the automotive business and finance operations, focusing on standardization and automation
- Support digital transformation initiatives to leverage technology for process automation and data driven decision making
- Ensure robust and consistent automotive processes across all business units and integration with financial books
- Lead efforts to streamline and standardize processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing solutions for optimized workflow and resource utilization
- Develop and execute a strategy for process optimization and compliance aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and standards; develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Establish exception management alerts and dashboards to ensure ongoing compliance

- Experience in finance, ERP implementations, and process improvement
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills

Role Overview
- As the Manager of Process & Compliance, you will support the Head of P&C in leading ERP implementations and enhancements for both UAE and Overseas Automotive businesses.
