- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
- Define channel strategies across paid media, search, social, display, and programmatic platforms
- Lead day to day management of media, digital, and performance agencies to ensure strong delivery and accountability
- Review media plans, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Oversee campaign execution across platforms such as Google, Meta, and programmatic channels
- Monitor campaign performance continuously and optimize based on data and business results
- Work closely with CRM and Sales teams to improve lead generation, lead quality, and conversion performance
- Analyze campaign data and customer journeys to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Develop reporting dashboards and performance frameworks to support decision making
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to improve ROI and reduce inefficiencies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across CRM, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment
- Support business reviews with performance insights, recommendations, and next steps

Overview
- We are looking for a results driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities for Trading Enterprises – Volvo & CDJR.
- This role is responsible for driving performance across digital channels, managing agency partners, improving lead quality, and using data driven insights to strengthen customer acquisition and conversion across the full funnel.
- The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands on digital marketing expertise, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
