About the Role

- Develop scope of work based on site inputs and inspection reports
- Prepare budgetary estimates for materials and service requisitions
- Maintain and update master plan for Turnaround and non Turnaround activities
- Coordinate with HSE, Logistics, and other disciplines prior to execution
- Ensure alignment with Client Turnaround Management System (TMS) objectives
- Apply Stage Gate governance (Gate 1–6) to all turnaround phases
- Ensure all Turnaround activities are executed within approved budget and schedule
- Comply with Client Occupational Health, Quality, Safety, and Environment procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics
- 10 15 years direct and relevant experience in turnaround planning

Job Purpose
- Responsible for developing scope of work based on site inputs and inspection reports, and for preparing budgetary estimates for materials and service requisitions.
- Works closely with maintenance teams, technical teams, facility maintenance, and contractors to maintain and update the master plan for both Turnaround and non Turnaround activities.
- Coordinates with HSE, Logistics, and other relevant disciplines prior to execution.
- Ensures alignment with Client Turnaround Management System (TMS) objectives including safe, cost effective, and high quality execution.
- Applies Stage Gate governance (Gate 1–6) to all turnaround phases ensuring readiness, compliance, and controlled progression across lifecycle.
- Ensures all Turnaround activities are executed within approved budget and scheduled timelines, in full compliance with Client Occupational Health, Quality, Safety, and Environment procedures.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics)
- 10 15 years direct and relevant experience
