About the Role
ISS International SpA is seeking a Process Engineer with 10-15 years of oil and gas experience, preferably offshore. The role involves process engineering design, simulation using Hysys/Unisim and Aspen Flarenet, and preparation of key deliverables such as P&IDs, process datasheets, and flare studies.

- Carry out process engineering work under the supervision of the Lead Process Engineer
- Prepare and check key deliverables including process simulations, heat and material balance, P&IDs, process datasheets, equipment list, line list, and flare studies
- Liaise with PMT and other discipline engineers on the project
- Assist the Lead Process Engineer in IDC (Inter Discipline Coordination)
- Maintain an efficient filing system for document retrieval
Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience in oil and gas
- Preferably with offshore wellhead/process platform experience
- Knowledge of process engineering design and understanding of process documents (PFD, P&ID, etc.)
- Proficiency in process simulation using Hysys/Unisim and flare load calculation using Aspen Flarenet

Basic Functions
- Carry out process engineering work on the assigned project under the supervision of the Lead Process Engineer.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- 10 15 years’ experience in oil and gas
- Preferably with offshore wellhead /process platform experience
- Knowledge of process engineering design. Understanding process documents as applicable including process descriptions, process data sheets, PFD, P&ID.
- Process Simulation using Hysys/Unisim and flare load calculation using Aspen Flarenet
- Become fully familiar with scope of work. Monitor changes to scope and raises change notifications.
- Liaise with PMT and other Discipline Engineers on the project as directed by the Lead Engineer.
- Responsible for preparation / checking of key deliverables: process simulations, heat and material balance, process design basis, P&IDs, safe charts, process safeguarding diagram, operating philosophy and manual, equipment and instrument process datasheets, equipment list, line list, flare radiation
- Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents in close co ordination with the Lead Process Engineer.
- Assist the Lead Process Engineer in IDC.
- Liaise with drafting for drawing development.
