Requirements
- Solid offshore mechanical background
- Previous experience on rotating equipment, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors and gas turbine generators
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas offshore projects, mechanical engineering, commissioning support
- Valid BOSIET or T BOSIET certification (strong advantage)

Job Overview
- ISS International SpA is looking for 4 Mechanical Supervisors – Offshore for an Oil & Gas project in Qatar.
- The positions are related to offshore mechanical activities on compression platforms, supporting the project team during execution and commissioning related phases.
Required Profiles
- 3 Mechanical Supervisors specialized in gas turbine centrifugal compressors and gas turbine generators, preferably for offshore compression platforms.
- 1 Mechanical Supervisor specialized in rotating equipment, including pumps and related mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with commissioning engineers and site teams.
- Support mechanical engineering activities, equipment checks, technical verification, preparation, execution follow up, troubleshooting and coordination of offshore works in accordance with project procedures, safety requirements and technical documentation.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas offshore projects, mechanical engineering, commissioning support, rotating equipment, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors and offshore platforms will be considered essential.
- Valid BOSIET or T BOSIET certification will be considered a strong advantage.
Contract Details
- Project: Oil & Gas offshore project
- Job location: Offshore, Qatar
- Starting date: June 2026, to be confirmed
- Duration: 6 months, extendable
- Working schedule: 12 hours a day / 7 days a week
- Rotation: 56 days ON / 28 days OFF, inclusive of travelling days
