- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
- Build strong and effective relationships resulting in growth opportunities
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
- Participate in sales enablement trainings and development programs
Requirements
- 3+ years field software sales experience with quota carrying and closing net new logos
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- Co selling with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large GSIs
- Skilled in building business champions
- Native Turkish speaker
- Fluent in English

About The Role
- Focus on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
- MongoDB has an extensive presence in the Turkish market (FSI, Retail, Telco & digital natives).
- Looking for a second team member to cover the Turkish market.
- Candidates should be based in Dubai for a hybrid working model.
Impact you will have
- Proactively identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline.

- Participate in sales enablement trainings, including Sales Bootcamp and leadership programs.
What you bring to the table
- 3+ years field software sales experience with quota carrying in a fast paced market, focusing on closing net new logos and expanding accounts.
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Co selling with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP and Azure) and large GSIs (Accenture, KPMG, etc).
- Skilled in building business champions.
- Driven and competitive with a strong desire to be successful.
- Native Turkish speaker.
- Fluent in English.
