Treasury Assistant

Month-End and Compliance

• Prepare monthly journals for bank charges, interest, treasury sweeps, and intercompany movements.
• Prepare the monthly compliance certificate required under the revolving credit facility agreement.
• Prepare weekly cash-flow reporting for the CFO, including 13-week cash-flow forecasts.
• Prepare reconciliations, samples, and explanations for internal and external audit.

Systems and Process Management

• Maintain access to banking platforms and support current systems and processes.
• Keep process documentation updated and share best practices and efficiency improvements.
• Document treasury processes end to end, including checks, controls, and escalation routes.
• Support internal and external reporting and wider finance team month-end tasks.

Essential Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar treasury or finance operations role.
• Hands-on ownership of month-end bank reconciliations.
• Ability to independently own the end-to-end month-end bank reconciliation process without close supervision.
• Hands-on experience across multiple banking systems and cash management platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload in a changing environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience

• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
• Understanding of compliance and audit requirements in financial operations.
