The Role
Join Modulr's Operations team in a primarily customer-facing service role.
Support customers through email and other text-based channels with timely, clear, and effective resolutions.
Receive training in basic operational and compliance tasks across fraud, CDD onboarding, and screening.
Build a career in financial services, payments, operations, and compliance while contributing to continuous improvement.
Specific Duties
- Respond to customer enquiries through email and other text-based channels.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with service standards.
- Own customer queries through resolution and escalate where appropriate.
- Complete customer, account, and case-related activities using structured processes.
- Review information and documentation and identify missing information or anomalies.
- Escalate unusual activity, potential fraud indicators, screening concerns, and other exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal operational and financial crime teams.
- Manage multiple enquiries and tasks while maintaining quality, accuracy, and turnaround times.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer communication, and ways of working.
