Purpose of the Role The FP&A Manager is a senior member of the FP&A team, responsible for owning significant areas of planning, forecasting, performance management and decision support.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can take complex or loosely defined financial problems, turn them into structured workstreams and deliver high-quality solutions with limited oversight.

A key measure of success will be taking end-to-end ownership of important FP&A projects, models and processes, materially reducing the need for the Director of FP&A to remain involved in their design, build and day-to-day operation.

The role has no direct reports, but is expected to provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring across the FP&A team.

Planning and forecasting

• Jointly lead significant elements of the annual budget and planning process alongside the Director of FP&A.
• Own and improve forecasting methodology, models and processes across FP&A.
