Job Purpose
The role supports the company's liquidity, funding, and financial risk management.
The position helps ensure funds are available for operational and strategic needs.
Treasury Accountabilities
- Post payments from SAP into banking portals and ensure due payments are made on time.
- Apply receipts to invoices and adjust debit or credit notes as needed.
- Track adjustments to vendor and customer balances.
- Follow up with the sales team and Saudi Aramco on GRN posting and payment processing.
- Collect information required for cash-call letters and parent-company cash injections.
- Approve additions and modifications to business partners in the system.
- Update VAT, transportation-zone, bank-letter, and other business-partner particulars.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Valvoline.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics is required.
- Three years of experience in treasury or cash management is required.
- An MBA is preferred.
