  • We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO to serve as a trusted strategic partner, ensuring seamless executive operations and enabling high level decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Deputy CEO’s complex calendar, appointments, and strategic priorities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Deputy CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive level correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Organize and coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and leadership events.
  • Take ownership of meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and follow up execution.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Monitor and track strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare insightful reports to support executive decisions.
  • Support cross functional communication and facilitate collaboration across group companies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C level executives, senior leadership, or board members.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate executive needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional presence, executive maturity, and impeccable judgment.
  • Absolute integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
