About the Role
Al Hattab Holding is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO to provide high-level administrative support, manage complex calendars, and coordinate executive meetings.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Deputy CEO’s complex calendar, appointments, and strategic priorities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Deputy CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare executive level correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Organize and coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and leadership events
- Take ownership of meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and follow up execution
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Monitor and track strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare insightful reports to support executive decisions
- Support cross functional communication and facilitate collaboration across group companies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C level executives, senior leadership, or board members
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional presence, executive maturity, and impeccable judgment
- Absolute integrity and commitment to confidentiality
