About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for both travelers and employees
- Verify documents, guide applicants on visa requirements, and ensure timely submission to UAE immigration authorities
- Maintain comprehensive records for all visa applications, track status updates, generate reports, and ensure accurate documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance
- Liaise effectively with customers, employees, government authorities, and external service providers
- Track visa expiry dates, follow up on pending approvals, enforce UAE labor and immigration regulations, and proactively communicate deadlines and requirements to both staff and travelers
Requirements
- Arabic nationals with a Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field preferred
- Additional certifications in visa processing, immigration compliance, or travel administration considered an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in visa processing and end to end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours, and transfers) within the travel/tourism sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE immigration and visa regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle traveller and employee inquiries, resolve visa related issues, and coordinate effectively with authorities and service providers
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office software
- Experience with visa management systems or HRIS platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple applications accurately in a fast paced environment

The Role

Requirements
