webook.com is seeking an experienced, detail-driven Travel Agent who can manage the full booking lifecycle for corporate and leisure clients.
The hands-on role covers reservations, fare construction, ticketing, post-ticketing service, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PNRs for flights, hotels, cars, and ancillary services in Amadeus.
- Construct and price published, private, and corporate fares and issue tickets.
- Process reissues, revalidations, voids, refunds, and EMDs according to fare rules.
- Handle schedule changes, irregular operations, and cancellations proactively.
- Advise clients on itineraries, fare options, visa and entry requirements, and related travel matters.
- Manage daily queues within service-level agreements and maintain BSP reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers on waivers and group requests.
- Deliver service by phone, email, and chat, including escalation handling.
Requirements
- IATA or UFTAA certification at Foundation or Consultant level is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two to five years of experience in an IATA-accredited agency or travel management company.
- Advanced Amadeus proficiency, including cryptic commands, PNR servicing, fare pricing, ticketing, and ATC reissue or refund processing.
- Solid knowledge of fare construction, fare rules, taxes, and interline or codeshare handling.
- Familiarity with BSP processes, ADM prevention, and ticketing compliance.
- Strong geography and airline network knowledge.
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask across systems under pressure.
