Role Overview
Design intuitive web and mobile experiences for a major Saudi event ticketing and experience booking platform.
Translate complex workflows into simple experiences and advocate for design decisions clearly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interaction specifications.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests and heuristic evaluations.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers in cross-functional teams.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs and support a user-first approach.
- Apply cognitive psychology, UX heuristics, and task analysis to projects.
- Ensure interactions are accessible, responsive, and aligned with the brand and design system.
- Present and defend interaction choices using usability principles and user feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Usability Engineering, or Cognitive Science.
- NN/g or HFI certification is required.
- Three to five years of experience designing interaction models and performing usability evaluations.
- A portfolio showcasing high-impact interaction design and usability case studies.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, mobile-first design, and responsive behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
