About the Role
Al Yazeem General Contracting seeks an experienced Transportation & Logistics Manager to oversee fleet operations, driver management, and material movement for construction projects in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Manage drivers, vehicles, buses, and movement of heavy equipment and machinery
- Schedule vehicles for workforce transport, material delivery, and equipment movement across multiple sites
- Manage driver licensing, performance, discipline, and compliance with UAE traffic rules
- Plan and oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance (preventive and breakdown)
- Coordinate with workshops, garages, and service providers for repairs and servicing
- Manage petrol/diesel bills and monitor fuel consumption across the fleet
- Track and control transport costs – fuel, maintenance, insurance, registration, salik, etc.
- Prepare cost reports and budgets for transport operations
- Build and manage a strong vendor network for transport and logistics services
- Negotiate rates and contracts with transport companies, rental providers, and workshops
- Outsource vehicles when internal fleet is insufficient
- Coordinate with project sites, storekeepers, and procurement teams for material and workforce movement
Requirements
- 4 12 years experience in transportation/logistics management
- Experience in UAE construction industry
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Available in Abu Dhabi and ready to join immediately

Pay
- Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
