- Manage RFI, MIR, WIR, Method Statements, ITP, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Technical Submittals, NCR, Site Instructions, Consultant Comments, As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Commissioning Documents, EOT Documents, Variation Orders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years UAE construction experience
- Document management expert
- Prior experience using Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or similar EDMS
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation workflow
- Prior experience in managing project documentation and maintaining document registers
- Prior experience in submitting documents to consultants and clients
- Track approvals, control revisions, archive project records
