Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with transport providers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners
- Drive transport performance across cost, service, compliance, security, and lead times
- Lead transport tendering, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Ensure secure transportation of high value luxury products, including anti theft protocols and shipment tracking
- Oversee the GCC, ME, North America & Europe sectors, customs compliance, bonded movements, free zone requirements, and cross border operations
- Optimize transport routes, vehicle utilization, and delivery scheduling
- Monitor transportation budgets, freight spend, and operational costs
- Deliver performance reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to ensure exceptional service levels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–7 years of UAE/GCC transportation or logistics experience
- Driving License (Mandatory)
- Experience within FMCG, retail, warehousing & distribution, or related industries
- Strong geographical knowledge of the GCC, ME, North America & Europe sectors
- Expertise in Dangerous Goods (DG) transportation regulations and requirements
- Strong understanding of GCC customs regulations and cross border logistics operations
- Experience managing regulated products across markets
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills

- We are looking for a Transportation Lead to join our Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of products across the network.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability and a proactive approach, with the ability to drive operational excellence, manage stakeholders effectively and deliver sustainable transportation solutions that support business objectives.
