Requirements
- 5–8 years' commercial sales experience within distribution, Luxe or FMCG, beauty, luxury or consumer goods
- Strong distributor management experience across regional markets
- Strong understanding of commercial operations (BAs, productivity, supply)
- Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong financial and analytical capability
- Experience in forecasting, S&OP and commercial planning
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Role Overview
- Drive commercial success across one of the world's leading prestige beauty companies.
- We are looking for a well experienced Regional Sales Manager to support a portfolio of prestige beauty brands across the Middle East.
- Partnering with distributors across several markets, you will play a key role in shaping commercial plans, strengthening distributor partnerships and delivering sustainable business growth.
- Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Demand Planning teams, you will help optimise sales performance, forecasting, financial planning and operational execution across the region.
