- Drive retail sales performance across a defined district
- Lead, coach and develop Beauty Advisors and Consultants
- Build strong partnerships with retailer store teams
- Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, stock management, testers and planogram execution
- Support key launches, promotions and in store activations
- Monitor performance, productivity and retail KPIs across doors
- Deliver actionable market, competitor and consumer insights
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in retail sales, cosmetics, luxury retail or FMCG
- Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and field teams
- Ability to travel frequently across the GCC
- Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong commercial mindset with proactive, solution oriented approach
- Experience managing multi brand retail environments is highly desirable
- Strong visual merchandising and retail operations knowledge
- Fluent Arabic and English essential

Overview
- District Executive Beauty (6 Month Contract) | Dubai, UAE
- We are looking for a highly energetic and results driven District Executive to join our team on a 6 month contract.
- This is a field based role (90% in market) where you will act as the eyes and ears of the business.
You Will
- Drive retail sales performance across a defined district
- Lead, coach and develop Beauty Advisors and Consultants
- Build strong partnerships with retailer store teams
- Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, stock management, testers and planogram execution
- Support key launches, promotions and in store activations
- Monitor performance, productivity and retail KPIs across doors
- Deliver actionable market, competitor and consumer insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in retail sales, cosmetics, luxury retail or FMCG
- Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and field teams
- Ability (to obtain visas easily) & desire to travel frequently across the GCC
- Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, solution oriented approach
- Experience managing multi brand retail environments is highly desirable
- Strong visual merchandising and retail operations knowledge
- Fluent Arabic & English essential
