Job Purpose
Coordinate daily transportation and loading activities by planning shipments based on customer orders, arranging truck bookings according to destination and delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate transportation reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily shipment schedules based on sales orders and delivery destinations
- Coordinate loading activities with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Arrange and book trucks with transportation providers
- Monitor product availability and ensure smooth distribution planning
- Issue loading slips and support execution of deliveries
- Prepare daily transportation movement and performance reports
- Track transportation KPIs and support cost efficiency analysis
- Review contractor invoices and verify delivery rates
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or transportation services
- Knowledge of SAP / Oracle systems is an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong coordination, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
