Job Purpose
The Procurement Specialist will support end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier coordination, timely purchasing, and smooth logistics operations.
The role contributes to maintaining operational continuity and optimizing procurement performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders through ERP systems
- Conduct sourcing activities, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis
- Support RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and contract coordination
- Coordinate logistics activities including shipment follow-up and clearance processes
- Verify transportation and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and internal stakeholders to support procurement activities
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues when needed
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms
- Knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, contracts, and logistics coordination
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
