- Manage the CFO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings and ensure required materials are prepared in advance
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Organize, maintain, and manage documents and records
- Support executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor and follow up on administrative workflows and approvals
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all assigned duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred) in Executive Assistant, Administrative Support, Office Coordination, or similar roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent coordination, follow up, and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

Job Purpose
- Provide high level administrative and executive support to the CFO by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing documentation, and facilitating effective communication to ensure smooth day to day operations.
