Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage full transportation operations across the company
- Plan, schedule, and track transport of materials, equipment, and workers to various sites
- Monitor daily vehicle usage and ensure optimal allocation of fleet resources
- Oversee daily maintenance, servicing, and inspection of all vehicles
- Coordinate with drivers, site supervisors, and logistics teams
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, maintenance logs, and transport documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE transport regulations
- Address and resolve transport related issues or delays promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transport efficiency and cost control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 2 3 years experience in construction industry
- Proven experience in transportation management coordination
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills

Duties/Responsibilities

Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Proven experience in transportation management coordination
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills to effectively supervise drivers and transport operations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
