Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Managed HR operations and payroll functions for a workforce of 130+ employees, ensuring efficient and compliant HR administration.
• Administered end-to-end payroll processing with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Maintained comprehensive employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Supported the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
• Collaborated closely with Finance, Administration, and Project teams to gather payroll inputs, resolve HR matters, and ensure seamless operational support.
• Ensured adherence to internal policies, employment regulations, and statutory requirements across all HR and payroll activities.
• Served as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, and HR policies, providing timely and professional support.
• Contributed to process improvements and HR best practices to enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and compliance standards.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and payroll within a large UAE onshore company (construction experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• **Strong knowledge of payroll systems, WPS, and UAE labor laws.**
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll software.
• Fluency in English and **Hindi is mandatory.**
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and perform well under pressure
