You’ll work closely with sites and leadership teams to assess, support and continuously improve transport compliance and performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out routine transport audits across all Evri sites, including 28-day, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reviewsPreparing for audits remotely using company-approved systems, followed by on-site audits as required
Ensuring Earned Recognition standards (Driver and Vehicle) are met prior to physical site visitsCollating audit findings and delivering clear, structured feedback to stakeholders
Presenting audit outcomes and recommendations to site teams and Area-level leadershipCreating and maintaining audit records in line with DVSA and ISO standardsIdentifying training and development needs for site transport teamsSupporting succession planning by highlighting future talent for transport roles
Ensuring audits are delivered consistently, fairly and within agreed timeframes
Contributing to wider Transport Development initiatives and projectsKeeping up to date with legislative changes and industry best practice through continuous professional development
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Confident in using Microsoft Office packages
Professional Competency in Transport Management (CPC) with relevant experience is desirable
Experience managing processes in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong understanding of Operator License obligations is desirable
Proven experience in using TACHO master is desirableProven ability to analyse data, collate information and influence stakeholders
Experience creating efficient systems and ways of working
