Process Supervisor

You'll be comfortable leading people within a busy operational environment and confident making decisions when priorities or volumes change.

You'll also need:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or acting supervisory role .
• Experience managing large teams of 20+ colleagues .
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience working against productivity, performance or operational KPIs.
• The ability to allocate resources effectively against changing operational demands.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to improving performance and colleague engagement.
• The confidence to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
• A strong understanding of Health & Safety and the importance of operational compliance.

Previous experience within parcels, logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing or another high-volume operational environment would be particularly beneficial.
