- Coordinate daily transportation and delivery schedules for building materials
- Assign vehicles and drivers based on delivery requirements and routes
- Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely delivery to customers and project sites
- Prepare and maintain delivery notes, transport documents, and trip sheets
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to arrange dispatches
- Track shipment status and provide updates to customers and management
- Optimize delivery routes to reduce transportation costs and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, registrations, insurance, and permits
- Verify driver attendance, trip records, fuel consumption, and overtime reports
- Handle transportation related customer complaints and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain records of deliveries, vehicle utilization, and transportation expenses

- Ensure all deliveries are completed according to customer requirements and project deadlines.
