- Plan, organize, and manage all warehouse and logistics operations
- Ensure efficient utilization of storage space and warehouse capacity
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and best practices
- Optimize warehouse layout to improve storage efficiency and productivity
- Monitor transportation schedules and coordinate with suppliers and customers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff
- Prepare logistics and inventory reports for management
- Control logistics and warehouse operating costs
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or storage space management
- Experience managing large warehouse operations and storage facilities
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems
- Experience in transportation and distribution planning
- Ability to manage teams and achieve operational targets
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
