About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory levels across warehouses and retail outlets
- Monitor stock movement and ensure adequate stock availability
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment and demand planning
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions in ERP/system
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damages
- Monitor slow moving, non moving, and obsolete stock and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock performance
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper storage and handling
- Coordinate stock transfers between branches and warehouses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of inventory manager experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, FMCG retail/trading
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software

Requirements

- Minimum 5–10 years of inventory manager experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, FMCG retail / trading.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
