The Transmission & Distribution Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, financial management, and delivery of overhead and underground transmission and distribution construction projects. Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within transmission and distribution construction, utility infrastructure, or electrical EPC environments
Demonstrated experience managing overhead and underground transmission and distribution projects
Strong understanding of utility construction methods, including overhead lines, underground cable systems, civil works, foundations, conductor installation, and utility relocations
Experience coordinating planned outages, switching schedules, energization activities, and utility operating authorities
Strong knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, project controls, and commercial management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while balancing safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance
Experience leading cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and field operations
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to identify project risks and opportunities
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
PMP designation is considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, ERP systems, or project management software is considered an asset
Valid Class G Driver's Licence with the ability to travel throughout Ontario
