About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Transformation & Value Realization Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale digital transformation programme. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage governance, monitor performance, and track benefits realization.

- Lead the execution and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives
- Establish and manage governance forums, including steering committees, executive reviews, and decision making bodies
- Monitor programme performance against milestones, KPIs, and strategic objectives, proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive value realization by tracking benefits, measuring impact, and ensuring strategic outcomes are achieved
- Develop executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership
- Facilitate strategic problem solving sessions to resolve execution challenges and improve delivery performance
- Coordinate with business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability
- Conduct strategic analysis and provide recommendations to maximize business value and programme performance
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience with a top tier management consulting firm
- Proven experience in transformation management, strategy execution, value realization, PMO/TMO, VRO, performance management, or large scale transformation programmes
- Demonstrated experience delivering transformation programmes for government entities or the public sector
- Experience in digital government, AI, data, digital transformation, or enterprise transformation initiatives is strongly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior government officials and executive leadership
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and structured thinking capabilities
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and executive reporting
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC government sector is highly preferred

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Transformation & Value Realization Manager to support the successful delivery of a large scale digital transformation programme.
- In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring effective governance, monitoring delivery performance, tracking benefits realization, and providing executive level insights.
- Working within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) / Value Realization Office (VRO), you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to accelerate execution, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure strategic outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Proven experience in transformation management, strategy execution, value realization, PMO/TMO, VRO, performance management, or large scale transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering transformation programmes for government entities or the public sector is required.
- Experience in digital government, AI, data, digital transformation, or enterprise transformation initiatives is strongly preferred.
